Placing an advert is simple and you just need to follow the procedures.
In order to reach a larger number of lessees, add as clear descriptions, information and images as possible to your advertisement. It is also advisable to include keywords in the advert itself, which will allow searches to be redirected to your site. To help you reach as many lessees as possible, here are some guidelines for the adverts themselves:
- Photos
The better your photos and the more photos you include, the more rentals you will get – simple!
- Describe your item in detail
Be specific in your description and write a title that matches what renters might be looking for. Describe the condition, features and any additional details of your item as accurately as possible.
- Price
You set the price! If other items are cheaper than yours, they are more likely to be booked – it’s worth looking at similar listings before you set your price, and you can go back and change it at any time.
You can only post ads that do not contravene the laws and rules of Rentaler.eu.
Before posting an advertisement, please check the laws in your country and any conditions you may have to comply with to ensure that you are not in breach of the law. Rentaler.eu accepts no responsibility for any breach of the law and related matters. Rentaler.eu is not liable for any disputes arising from trading and we may only pass on user data to the competent authorities (in accordance with the Data Protection Act).
You can edit your profile and ads in your profile. Simply select your profile and choose what you want to edit.
Adverts are valid for a minimum of 20 days (free), or from the selected paid package. After 20 days, you must renew your adverts or purchase the corresponding package.
Finding the products you want is easy. Just use the search engine on the site, type in the term or word you want and press “search”. The search engine will show you all the posts for the desired word. For the most accurate display of ads, use additional options besides the word to limit ads such as:
- Location,
- Search radius,
- Category
If you are looking for several different products, you can save individual ads under your favorites.
Placing an advert is very simple.
To get started, you need to register on www.rentaler.eu. Once you have successfully logged in, you need to select “Add Ad + ” in the header of the page. The process will (always) redirect you to the package selection. You can choose between different packages, which can be free or paid. Once a package is selected or purchased, you will confirm your choice of package when submitting your advert for the duration of the package.
If you wish to purchase a specific package, the page below will redirect you to the payment process for the selected package. Once you have successfully completed the payment process for the selected package, you will proceed to the procedure described in the previous paragraph to publish your advertisement.
Once the package has been selected, you can add the content of the ad with information such as title, location, gallery, description of the ad.
In case you have a business, and you work according to a schedule, you can select the option to add the working hours for each day of the week separately.
In the case of the price list of services, you can optionally add all the price list options that will be displayed in the ad. If you have a package that allows online bookings, customers will be able to choose the quantity (duration) for the price calculation. It is also possible to create a category of price lists by individual lots.
In addition to the price list, you can choose options that are mandatory, such as a security deposit or mandatory cleaning.
You are also provided with an availability option, where you can create a transparent schedule by days or even more precisely by hours and minutes. The use of time availability is highly recommended if you rent out bicycles, boats or perhaps sports facilities for recreation such as tennis, badminton and the like.
The product you are renting out should be exactly as it appears in your advertisement. As the owner, please follow any procedures that may be in place to protect you and your product, such as:
- Rental agreement,
- Security deposit.
Any discrepancies should be recorded in writing (rental agreement) or pictorially.

Rentaler.eu is an online platform that appears as an intermediary where lessor offer what lessee want to rent. All arrangements are the sole and exclusive domain of the lessor and the lessee.
When renting products, please make sure that the product is the same as in the advertisement itself. Please read the profiles and reviews of your potential lessor before hiring.

In the vast majority of cases, posting ads on Rentaler.eu is free of charge. If a category is paid, the site will inform you accordingly when you make your selection.
The lessor can choose his favorite methods of communication with the lessee. Either communication via messages, e-mail or via mobile applications. The lessee can then choose from all possible sets the option that suits him best.
When communicating with each other, please exchange all necessary information such as:
- Availability,
- Payments,
- Takeover,
- Refund,
- Security,
Don’t worry if you don’t agree. You will soon find another lessor/lessee.
The site is also intended for business users such as:
- Companies,
- Self-employed entrepreneurs,
- Organizations,
- Agencies,
When registering, it is necessary to select the “Company” option accordingly.
Secure your account and keep your password long enough when combining:
- Letter,
- Number and
- Special characters (!, ?, @, #, …).

If you come across an advert that you find suspicious, please report it to us using the contact form or by selecting the “Report an advert” option on the advert itself.
If you are scammed in any way, we recommend that you contact the police quickly to report the incident. If the police decide that the incident needs further investigation, a police investigator will contact us. We will do everything in our power to provide the police with all the necessary information and to assist in their investigation.
Please note that failure to comply with the Terms of Service may result in a formal warning, suspension from the Platform or permanent removal of your account.
Only registered users are allowed to rate and comment.
After the rental has been completed, it is desirable to give a rating and comment on the rental itself. Once a comment has been submitted it cannot be corrected. In accordance with our policy, we will not tolerate any offensive, threatening, or discriminatory comments. Please note that failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions may result in a formal warning, suspension from the Platform or permanent removal of your account.
